The light came nicely packaged and unbroken.My only complaint is that the glass shades we received were not the ones pictured. They really don't have the same luminescent quality of the photo. Also, they have black decorative lines around the fluted rim at the bottom- unexpected, because the pic shows this area of the glass as having no additional decoration. Overall, I think it is a lovely light fixture (my husband noticed none of the discrepancies) and will be fine, but I am disappointed in the glass.
