I have been using this faucet about 5 years with no problems at all. I have about 10 danze faucets wih almost no problems at all. The only thing I have done to any of them is change a couple of aerators that deteriorated from hard water and change a couple of O-Rings in a pot filler faucet joints. If you call them on the phone they send the parts free! I think you may have to be the original owner but they didn't ask for proof.
I have never had to change a ceramic disk valve because the faucet drips. So I know the valves are good for at least 10 years. They aren't the cheapest but they are the best faucets I have ever owned. This is very good looking faucet that is worth every penny.
