This product me or exceeded my expectations. it is a complete, self-contained system, even including the multi-meter and continuity tester. You roll it out, thin-set over it, connect the wiring and program the thermostat. Note; use a qualified electrician to be sure you have the correct wiring, breaker and GFCI circuit.
The floor works perfectly and the actual comfort level was a big surprise. We did not even need the ceiuling heater to be warm.
