We installed this unit in our home. Wow. Amazing. The most relaxing and fun shower experience you can imagine. I dream of getting to the shower each evening to let the waterfall features of it wash away the tensions of the day.

Just one warning about it. If the unit you recieve includes the bushings/reducers for the copper pipes in the wall check them or have your contractor/plumber/installer check them and replace them with parts purchased in America made for use in the United States. Only the older models include these European parts.

In Europe they do not use what we refer to as teflon plumber's tape. They use a hemp tape that is a heavier duty product and requires the bushings/reducers have dimples on them to hold it in place. In the USA those dimples on the bushings/reducers will cut right through the "teflon" tape and cause leaks in your pipe system. The company no longer includes these dimpled parts in the products sold in the USA but should you get an older unit that includes the European bushings/reducers the leaks will happen.

We were lucky to find our leaks when the change of bushings/reducers to the American type could still be done and before any water damage happened. We noticed in reviews of this company's products on other pages there are complaints that people had stuff from this company in the past that were leaky. We suspect this difference in the requirements for plumbing between Europe and the USA in the bushings/reducers sold with the early product lines was the problem.
