Danze D304060RB Sable Two Handle Widespread Lavatory Faucet, Oil Rubbed Bronze Review

I have been using this faucet about 5 years with no problems at all. I have about 10 danze faucets wih almost no problems at all. The only thing I have done to any of them is change a couple of aerators that deteriorated from hard water and change a couple of O-Rings in a pot filler faucet joints. If you call them on the phone they send the parts free! I think you may have to be the original owner but they didn't ask for proof.
I have never had to change a ceramic disk valve because the faucet drips. So I know the valves are good for at least 10 years. They aren't the cheapest but they are the best faucets I have ever owned. This is very good looking faucet that is worth every penny.

Lupine Lighting Piko X3 | 900 Lumen; 13W Headlamp Kit Review

This thing just went on my wishlist. I borrowed one to use on my night run at a Ragnar Relay last summer, and it just lit up the night, so much so that I had to look away from reflective road signs to keep from getting blinded. They're not much heavier than a Petzl or Black Diamond headlamp of the same style (external battery), and the strap is comfy. The only downside is they're very expensive. But I'd say they're worth it.

Virtu USA UM-3079-G-ES Primo 24-Inch Wall-Mounted Single Sink Bathroom Vanity Set with Tempered Glass Countertop, Espresso Finish Review

This is an attractive unit, well constructed, but the faucet shown on Amazon is not the faucet supplied, and looks nothing like it. It is not curved but straight, and its nozzle sits at a level just inside the bowl, only an inch or so from the interior edge. That makes the faucet's intended use -- washing your hands -- problematic, since there's little room to rub your hands together without banging your knuckles into the hard ceramic bowl.

I suspect the faucet shown might have been the one included by the manufacturer at some point: search the web and you'll find some pictures of this product with the faucet pictured on Amazon, some with the one actually supplied, and there are even some web sites showing different views of the product with different faucets. I suspect that whatever the picture, the new (probably cheaper) faucet is what you get. So, if you buy this unit, you might want to plan on spending another $100-$200 (more if you want to) for a better faucet -- or on not washing your hands throughly for 20 seconds (shame on you). Frankly, at $699 the sink would be a decent value even without any faucet (it costs $200 more elsewhere), so it's worth the perhaps $899 you'll then end up paying: The product is beautiful, the slide-out drawer functions very well, and you may have some use for the mirror and matching wall-mounted cabinet -- I didn't and discarded those as well.

That said, there are a couple of additional caveats. I had the product shipped to me twice, both times with parts broken, and was only able to end up with a complete, undamaged unit by combining parts from both shipments. The first time part of the cabinet was damaged; the second time I received a broken mirror (I didn't know I wouldn't be using the mirror until later). Sadly, this seems to be a universal problem with shipping large, somewhat fragile, 100 pound or heavier items, whether purchased from Amazon or elsewhere (the toilet I purchased the same day from another vendor arrived with two broken parts, including a broken seat).

Finally, there is the issue of the vessel style sink itself, particularly this one. I love the way vessel sinks look, and I have an interior designer who selected and recommended this model. It's a great fit, aesthetically, for my newly remodeled, modern bathroom. But I value function over form, and for me there's one small problem: the inevitable puddle. You wash your hands, they are wet, you reach to turn off the faucet -- and you necessarily dribble water over the surface of the cabinet as you do so. That's obviously not a problem with a more conventional sink in which the handle to turn off the faucet resides over the bowl (I've looked but can't find a faucet that works that way, with this vessel sink design). It's not much of a problem with many other sinks, including pedestal types. But it's a particular issue with this unit, given the position of the faucet and the glass countertop, where the puddle sits until you wipe it up. This issue might not bother most people, and obviously vessel sinks are quite popular. Personally, I'd think twice before buying this unit again (unless I could find -- and was willing to spend the money for -- an automatic, motion-sensing faucet which would also solve the puddle problem). Still, I can recommend this unit to anyone who appreciates the aesthetics, and isn't dissuaded by the issues mentioned.

And, because SunTouch radiant floor heat mats use a special braided twin wire design; it registers zero electromagnetic field when independently tested; your safety is important. SunTouch heated floor mats were the first with this and many other patented innovations. Choose the best place for your thermostat, what areas you want to warm and plan to heat most of the open floor, staying 4 to 6 inches away from walls and built ins, but close to cabinet toe kicks. Then roll out your mat and fasten to the sub floor with 2 sided tape, staples, or hot glue. Mount your thermostat and place the temperature sensor between any two heating wires. Finally, cover mat with cement based mortar and install your tile. Use the Multi meter and loudmouth as directed in the instructions.

20 Sq Foot SunTouch Mat Kit contains one 2 x 10 Ft mat, Programmable 500775 Thermostat plus accessories Review

As an Architect, I research a number of radiant floor options. This product me or exceeded my expectations. it is a complete, self-contained system, even including the multi-meter and continuity tester. You roll it out, thin-set over it, connect the wiring and program the thermostat. Note; use a qualified electrician to be sure you have the correct wiring, breaker and GFCI circuit.
The floor works perfectly and the actual comfort level was a big surprise. We did not even need the ceiuling heater to be warm.
