The lamp is ok. It works and seems to be straight. However, it's constructed the same as the cheaper torchiere lamps-3 poles that you have to screw together. There are also visible scratches on the glass top lampshade and the body of the lamp. Overall, it's ok, and I'll keep it, but I would have expected to have paid 1/2 as much for what I got.
