I ordered two of these lamps--one for home and one for church. They are great quality and exactly what I expected. However, one of the base felt pieces was askew and would have scratched the piano if we had used it as it was. We contacted House of Troy and they sent a new piece right out. We stuck it on and are good to go! Too bad that American manufacturing can't always be top quality.
