iv had this product for about 3 years now and its still going just as strong as day one. and its been through the rough and back. i am an ase cert tech in a dealership and use this cordless A LOT. still on the original battery as well. few dents and dings, but nothing to bad. this driver replaced my old snap on unit. (after being sent back to snap on for service 5 times with the same issue i gave up and went for this one) much stronger and has the power to get the rusty bolts out, but not to crazy to brake them. on a full charge and with a little help it can take off almost any lug nut, but if that's your plan i would strongly advise steeping up to a 1/2 inch iqv set up. i did not order it through amazon as it was not available here yet, but i paid waaayyy more off the toll truck.

all in all, no isues at all yet, 3 years or abuse and going like new. i do not own the 1/2 but will be my next buy once my old one fails. best unit out there by far and a very good investment.
