Well let me first say for the packaging alone I would give five stars. It arrived when expected. My contractor had no problem assembling it. It looks beautiful, just perfect for my small 27 inch vanity (former dresser). The faucet is sturdy as well as the sink. It gives my 1/2 bath a very contemporary look. I would strongly suggest purchasing this if you are looking for a smaller sink bowl than the standard 16 inch.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I haven't had a month yet, but I am falling it love with it. : )
