Great seller, quick shipping, item came as advertised and in perfect condition. The ladder is very sturdy and easy to pull down/push up. It locks into its carrier when stowing which is nice so it doesnt flop around as you swing the door shut. The only thing i dont like is the knob/ring for pulling the ladder down, that could be a little more concealed, otherwise excellent design.
