I've had this fan in my master bathroom for about 4 years now. In fact it is my second. The first one had several electrical issues and was replaced under warranty. The reverse switch ceased to function on this second unit within a month. It is too noisy on high, and annoyingly loud on medium - yet you have to use medium to get enough air flow to make it noticeable. Low speed is useless. It's a bugger-bear to dust - hard to get all the decorative metal work clean, and difficult to get your hand inside to dust the enclosed blades. If you have household cleaning help I suppose it's no problem.
