We use these at work religiously. We currently own 4 of the 12 volt models, and just recently purchased the 18 volt LXT model. Being a concrete company that does alot of state work, we need alot of battery life, since 12-14 hour days without out a charger on hand are a bit hard on most battery powered tools.

This vibrator really fit the bill for our needs! First of all the build quality is excellent, very durable through numerous drops and bumps...not to mention various employees sharing the 18 volt model (we all fight for it now)

Light weight, which is nice when you gotta hold one of these up for long periods of time.

Long battery life-we easily get a full days use out of the battery, or up to 2 weeks with off and on use (without a charge)

I'm hoping to upgrade a few more 12 volt models with the powerful 18 volt model in the near future, and its certainly gonna be the LXT model from Makita!

I've had this fan in my master bathroom for about 4 years now. In fact it is my second. The first one had several electrical issues and was replaced under warranty. The reverse switch ceased to function on this second unit within a month. It is too noisy on high, and annoyingly loud on medium - yet you have to use medium to get enough air flow to make it noticeable. Low speed is useless. It's a bugger-bear to dust - hard to get all the decorative metal work clean, and difficult to get your hand inside to dust the enclosed blades. If you have household cleaning help I suppose it's no problem. But it does look nice...

Modern Contemporary Crystal Silver Chandelier Review

If you're looking for an up-to-date and trendy chandelier, this is probably it. I've had mixed reviews on it because of a few minor flaws which detract from its appeal to the eye. The electrical cord that goes through the silver chain to the ceiling is black ... not very attractive. The cup at the end of the chain, which attaches to the ceiling is unusually small and the electrical box in the ceiling is normal size, so now I will have to have someone come in to fill the disparity between the size of the cup (or whatever it's called) and the size of the electrical box. Also, the seam on the lampshade is extremely wide, so no matter where you place it, the seam is quite noticeable. It does give off good light and if you don't study it too closely, it is attractive. In general, I'm happy with it.

Danze D201540RB Fairmont Single Handle Vessel Filler, Oil Rubbed Bronze Review

Bought two of these, in brushed nickel, for his and her sinks in our new master bath. They look better in person. My bathroom is elegant and traditional and was unsure if these would be perfect in that design but they turned out to be beautiful. They fit right in to a traditional 1925 design and as a fact we mounted them off center to our vessel sinks so they would be more visible. They function beautifully and while we were unsure about the swivel function, my husband who uses a water pick loves that feature because he can just swivel the spout around to fill up his water pick. I would however, suggest fixing the spout if this spout is installed in a bathroom where young kids frequent, because they could easily swivel the pout out of the sink and make a huge water mess. I would buy these again. One note: follow the guidelines included in the instructions about how far away from the sink to install the faucet. We didn't see the instructions until it was too late and installed them too far away. At great expense, we have to have our counter top corrected to move the faucets closer to the sinks.

Better Life Technology Parking Pad Review

Great product and fast shipment. This rolls right out on the garage floor and makes cleaning up dirt/mud/snow easy. It has grooves that allows the water to run out. A bit heavy to lug out and wash off, you may need another person to help move it out. I blow mine off with a blower to get the water out or to dry it off. Keep your eye out for sales and pick one up. It will really protect your garage floor.
