Studied cabinet saws for a long time. I did not want to pay hunderds extra more advertised brands. I chose the W1819 from Amazon after much reading and looking at prior models. Called Amazon shipping and questioned free shipping and methods of deliver and was informed by a very knowledgeable person. Ordered the saw Sat. Nov. 5th. Recieved a call from the trucking company the fololowing Thurs. to make a deliver appointment for the next day Friday. The driver Jessie showed up within fifteen minutes of the appointment time. He proceeded to unload the 550 lb package with a pallet jack. He only had to drop it curb side. I ask him to help put it on my furniture dolly. He said no he would drag it up the hill to my garage. I helped push. WOW!!! what service. Shippment was in perfect shape. Spent the better part of a perfect day assembling the very easy to assemble saw. All settings were almost exact right out of the box. After putting it on my mobile base and putting it into position I got to hear it run. Smooth as silk. Passed the nickel test right away. The Shop Fox not only looks great but is proforming the same. The fence is a dream come true. I had a bies fence before but the Shop Fox has it beat. It just glides like on ice and locks down solid as a rock. Only two little negatives; one is the instructions does not mention the two bolts running up from the bottom to hold the saw to the pallet. Two I personally do not like the aborer nut which has a shoulder which must be fitted into a countersink in the aborer washer. I still give this saw five stars and the service has been excellent from all partys involved. You can buy from Amazon with confidence.
