This is a beautiful faucet, which arrived very well packaged with all of the necessary hardware and instructions. The only problem is that we received an identical fitting for both the hot and cold water faucet, so the handles both turn the same direction. This is confusing for guests. We think we found the solution, which is to order part 1011132-B (cold) versus 1011132-R (Hot). We will update the review if the replacement part works.
