I purchased the shower pkg because I couldn't find any other brands/styles I liked as much as the look of the Kohler Bancroft. It was a bit pricey! We had problems with the K-304-K-NA Kohler Rite-Temp Pressure Balancing Valve that must be purchased with this pkg. A professional plumber did the install and the valve leaked. We called Kohler customer service and after the 2nd call to them the representative offered a repair kit in 5-7 days. I complained about the delay and they overnited it. The plumber came back and the repair didn't work. The problem was not with the cartridge but rather the valve itself was defective. Another call to Kohler and a VERY apologetic representative agreed to overnite a new valve. Success! I guess mine is a cautionary tale - I shouldn't have accepted a "repair kit" for the defective valve but insisted on a replacement immediately.
